GARTH BROOKS AND SANDY MAHL – 15 YEARS – GROWING APART

When country icon Garth Brooks met his first wife, Sandy Mahl, during their time at Oklahoma State University, they seemed to be the perfect match. She stood by his side as he climbed the heights of fame, releasing hit albums like “No Fences” and “In Pieces.” Unfortunately, it was this same success that caused troubles in their relationship.

With Brooks constantly on the road to tour, the couple eventually grew apart. They officially parted ways in 2001 after 15 years of marriage. Mahl, who received a $125 million sum upon their split, remains friendly with Brooks as he continues to perform at venues like the famed Grand Ole Opry in 2021.

A source told E! News that incompatibility issues marred their relationship right from the start, but they didn’t quite see it because they were blinded by love. Aniston has been keeping busy with her perfume collection; she launched Solstice Bloom and Silver in 2020.

USHER RAYMOND AND GRACE MIGUEL – 2 YEARS MARRIED – IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES

In September 2015, Usher married his manager and long-time girlfriend, Grace Miguel, on vacation in Cuba. They kept it quiet, but speculations were rife on social media after Miguel posted an Instagram photo showing Usher wearing a gold wedding band. In 2017 Usher faced a series of lawsuits when multiple women alleged that he infected them with the herpes virus.

He also faced allegations of fraud, battery, and other charges related to not disclosing his status to his previous partners. By March 2018, Usher and Miguel announced their separation, and Usher filed later in December. Usher and his current girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea welcomed a daughter in September 2020.

BEN STILLER AND CHRISTINE TAYLOR – 20 YEARS MARRIED – UNKNOWN

Ben Stiller and Christine Tayor spent 18 years together and 17 years married before deciding to go their separate ways. The two defied the odds and didn’t remain a permanent statistic of failed relationships in Hollywood for too long. They were spotted several times in 2019, including gracing the Emmy’s red carpet together.

According to a source who spoke to Closer Weekly, the couple never got to the filing stage to restore their respective single statuses. They remained dedicated parents even after splitting up, but the two haven’t publicly commented on their relationship status.

CHRIS MARTIN AND GWYNETH PALTROW – 10 YEARS MARRIED – GRUELING SCHEDULES & DISTANCE

Coldplay band member, Chris Martin, and Gwyneth Paltrow met backstage in 2002. The next year they wedded in Southern California, while Paltrow was pregnant with their first child.
