He might not be able to actually lift this much weight, but at least that didn’t stop him from trying. After all, the only way to get better at something is through failure. However, that struggling face he’s making isn’t doing him any favors, especially since he’s having his picture taken.
The more we observe this picture, the more it becomes clear that this guy is no stranger to working out. Maybe he was just used to lifting dumbbells until that point and wanted to spice things up. Either way, we only have a piece of advice for this guy, and that’s to keep trying!
What Goes On In The Background
There are many distractions at a gym, with everyone running around doing some form of exercise. It must be difficult to keep focused, especially for the trainers that work there. Imagine having to look after people working out simultaneously. This guy knows exactly what we’re talking about.

We can only suppose that this lady in the background is his client, otherwise, this guy needs to change jobs. He’s supposed to be the spotter while that other guy is lifting this weight; however, the lady with the dumbbell seems to be more interesting. Although we can’t blame him, he does need to pay more attention to his clients.
The Life Of An Influencer
She went all the way to the gym that day just to get a selfie for the gram. At least she had the decency to do some form of exercise while posting her next Instagram story. In fairness, being an influencer is a difficult job, and it just becomes more difficult with more followers.

If that’s the case here, this lady is doing it right. We can’t say the same about the guy in the red T-shirt in the background, though, since it’s really hard to tell what his goal is; or where his legs are for that matter!
The Next Arm-Wrestling Champion
Working out is super important, but only if done right. This guy probably thought he was too good to get a trainer, and as a result, he wound up having the so-called chicken-leg syndrome. Don’t get us wrong; it’s a serious condition, which has its victims looking incredibly asymmetrical.

Working out the upper body is definitely a must, but there’s a reason why trainers insist on having leg days. They are just as important as upper body days, and this picture is a testament to that. At least one thing’s for sure—we wouldn’t want to be in an arm wrestling competition with this guy!
Burning Off The Calories
Having a Krispy Kreme donut stand inside a gym might defeat the purpose of working out, but the more we think, the more genius the idea sounds. First, they feed their clients donuts, and then they have them burning the fat off. It’s all part of a vicious corporate cycle.

In fairness, everyone left the gym that day happy. The clients got a free donut, Krispy Kreme got a nice advertisement, and the gym got its clients to work extra hard that day. Maybe that’s why everyone using the treadmills in the background looks so busy.
