Alba bought the said real-estate property a decade ago for only $4 million but decided to sell their home this year since they barely live there after moving into their new 9,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills last 2017.

The massive 5,000-square-foot mansion features Mediterranean-style arched doorways and stone floors which lead into a spacious living room. Here you’ll find a home office flanked between built-in bookshelves, providing the occupants an exotic outdoor view through the ceiling-to-floor windows.
